Termite Control

Termites are an unfortunate fact of life in 49 out of 50 states across the nation. In Georgia, the threat is particularly severe. Annually, termites cause more property damage than hurricanes, lightening and fires combined!

Choosing the right termite control company is an important decision. At Zone Home Solutions, we offer two professional termite treatment products that remove existing termites and prevent future infestations.

Sentricon Termite Control

Sentricon® is a termite baiting system that is placed at strategic locations in the ground around your property. The “bait stations” exist at precise intervals, so termites are guaranteed to cross paths with them and ingest the bait. Once termites feed on the bait, they go back to the colony and share it with other termites. As a result, the entire colony dies. Learn more about Sentricon®.

Termite Repair Warranties
Whether you have an active termite infestation in need of control, or you are interested in protecting your home against future problems, Zone Home Solutions is the company to call. Our termite damage warranties apply to both Termidor® and Sentricon®. They have no deductibles, cover structural as well as cosmetic damage repairs, and have an upper limit of one million dollars. Simply put—our warranties are second to none.

Termite Treatment Renewals
Our Sentricon® treatments have a lifetime renewal option. Termidor® treatments can be renewed for up to 10 years. Both are fully transferable should the property be sold.

Termidor Termite Control

Termidor® termiticide/insecticide utilizes an advanced nonrepellent, or “undetectable,” liquid technology that termites cannot see, smell or taste. Termidor® is placed in your soil, creating a termite treatment zone that is unavoidable for termites. They come in contact with Termidor®, and ingest, share it and spread it to the entire colony.
